EXO (엑소) a K-Pop group which debuted with a total blast on 2012, is composed of South Korean and Chinese members under S.M. Entertainment. They originally debuted with 12 members, and is separated into 2 sub-groups, the EXO-K and EXO-M. Today, the group has 9 members and this year, on April 8, they celebrated their 5th year of musical success. Exo's extravagant debut made them the best-selling Korean artist in the history of K music in 12 years.

- EXO's first album, XOXO, which contained their breakthrough hit "Growl", was a critical and commercial success.
- The album brought them two prestigious awards of 2013: Disk Daesang at the 28th Golden Disk Awards and Album of the Year at the 15th Mnet Asian Music Awards.
